
Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore
Another WeightWatchers recipe!
1 lb chicken cut into 1 in pieces
1 14.5 can crushed fire-roasted tomatoes
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 green bell pepper; sliced
1 onion chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup dry red wine or reduced sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1. Place all of the ingredients in a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker
2. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender, 5-6 hours on high or 6-8
hours on low.

Serving size: 1 cup
